The term ‘Silent Sleeper’ or ‘Anti-Snore System’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the person or persons using our website.

The information presented throughout this website is to provide you with general information about us and our products. It is subject to change without notice.

Although we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all of the information on this website. You acknowledge the possibility that information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent of the law.

 

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to confirm that any information on this website or products purchased from it meet your specific needs.

 

You agree that we are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of this website – including monetary lose, damage to your computer and any other such damages or lose whether personal, business or otherwise.

 

All aspects of this website are under copyright protection. Please do not reproduce any part of this website without express, written permission from us. You can be held criminally responsible for copyright infringement.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • The client is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Refund does not include the cost of shipping the item to you.

  • The client must contact us first, to ensure correct returning instructions and address.

  • If you live in the Vancouver, BC area, you can arrange to meet up with us to return your purchase.

  • It can take up to two weeks for a person to get used to using the Silent Sleeper. The client must wait at least two-weeks from the purchase date and no longer than six weeks after the purchase date before making arrangements with us to return the item.

 

PAYMENT

 

All payments are done through PayPal. We do not acquire any of your financial information. Payment must be made in full for the product to be considered paid.

 

SHIPPING

Once the financial transaction is complete, we will work toward having the product shipped to you within two weeks. Even though we will strive to provide you the product within the times suggested, we do not guarantee that it will arrive within this time limit. We do not accept responsibility for delays due to expected, unexpected or unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes, acts of God or anything else. If you order one of our products and then it turns out that we are unable to send one to your country, we will let you know and refund your money in full.

Some countries may impose extra fees such as customs, tariffs and taxes. The Silent Sleeper is light enough that if such fees exist in your country, they would probably be minimal. However, it is your responsibility to seek out the proper information on this matter and to cover the costs of any such expenses when your product arrives.

In an effort to keep your shipping costs low, the products are sometimes sent without tracking information. Therefore, after the product leaves our hands, if there is a problem with shipping (Such as the product going missing or is damaged in transport), we will put in effort to resolve the issue to the best of our abilities. However, after the product is shipped, we accept no responsibility for the product’s condition as well as if or when it arrives.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Appropriate arrangements must be made by the purchaser through this company via e-mail and through PayPal. We reserve the right to levy a $12 service charge to cover any expenses.
